Danny Corr, Senior Marketing Manager at Roadrunner Records, said: “The heavy music scene has a vibrant and supportive community not just in the UK but worldwide and it’s great to see the HMAs back again this year to celebrate that.
“Here at Roadrunner Records we’re incredibly happy to be part of that scene and to be involved with the awards once more.”
Co-Founder of the Heavy Music Awards, Iain Johnson, said: “Getting the official backing of Roadrunner Records is another exciting development for the HMAs, which has received an incredible amount of support from across the scene.
“We’re really pleased to have a label with such unquestionable pedigree behind the Awards.”
